IN-CAR LESSONS AND LOGIN INFORMATION

Hello Student and Parent,
Please take the time to read over the procedures we have so there is no confusion when it comes to booking and canceling of lessons. All lessons are booked by the office.
The "STUDENT'S PAGE" tab above also has a lot of information that you might be looking for if you cannot find it on this page.
After you have attended your in-class, THE OFFICE will book your first in-car lesson.
This process will only happen after some steps are completed by the student to ensure they know how to log into the portal. This portal is where all lessons have to be cancelled and if they are not able to login, this can cause some friction when they are charged a late or no show fee.
If you can not log into your portal, please follow the steps below.
*****Before we can book your first in car lesson, the following steps needs to be done:
-Please log into your portal through the login link on this page.
-Once logged in, you need to click on CONTACT and message me (any message will do). This will confirm that your login information works.
-Also ensure that your drivers licence information is updated on your portal. After you log in, click on MY INFO and you can update the information.
HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR PORTAL
When your account was activated, you would've received an *email with your login information.
* IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR YOU NEED TO UPDATE, ADD ANOTHER EMAIL (PARENT OR THE STUDENT'S) OR YOU CANNOT LOG INTO THE SYSTEM,
please email me your updated email with your first and last name to: gerrypicard@gmail.com
Remember if you lose your login information, you can click on the login link and submit your email to recover your login information.
Also, if you change your EMAIL, it's up to you to inform the office with the new and updated email.

-THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL A LESSON IS BY SIGNING IN AND CANCELLING IT ONLINE WITH ADEQUATE NOTICE (24 hours) SO YOU WON'T BE CHARGED ANY FEES.
-All lessons are booked by the office. If you cancel a lesson, please contact the office to re book that lesson.
-DO NOT RELY ON THE REMINDERS. THE REMINDERS ARE "BONUS". I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR LESSON DATE AND TIME IS. YOU CAN ALWAYS LOG IN TO CONFIRM YOUR DATE AND TIME OF YOUR LESSON. (IT'S A GOOD HABIT TO CHECK ABOUT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO A LESSON TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO CHANGE)
-Your lessons are broken down into 9 lessons: 2 @ 1.5 hours each and 7 @ 1 hour each.
-All FIRST lessons are performed in a parking lot with Gerry. A co-driver is needed to attend this lesson.
-OUT OF TOWN STUDENTS: (Geraldton, Atikokan, Schreiber, Nipigon, Red Rock... ) please call the office. We will book you with an available instructor.
At anytime, the office can change your lesson. This will be done only if necessary with as much notice as possible and you will receive an email. If a change does not work with your calendar, please cancel that lesson (with notice) and contact the office.
